Linda Hill Recruitment was founded in 2004 by Linda Hill with one aim and that was to help others in the beauty industry make a difference and fast track to success. Since then the agency has helped thousands of beauty professionals and in 2016 came third in the "The Best Of Business of the Year awards" for Recruitment companies in the UK.
Linda was born and raised in Cape Town and graduated from Stellenbosch University. She was selected for an exchange programme in California and spent a year working and travelling in the USA. Back in South Africa Linda added a Public Relations Diploma to her credentials before moving to London in 1996.
Whilst in London Linda decided to study something she has always been passionate about and obtained the beauty industry’s respected CIBTAC and CIDESCO diplomas. Linda worked at London’s most prestigious 5 star hotels and spas before becoming a Beauty Lecturer and teaching CIBTAC, CIDESCO and NVQ students. Linda was then offered a position as a Health and Beauty Manager at a chain of health clubs in London. As Acting General Manager she honed her recruitment and business skills before setting up the business.
Linda is an experienced professional speaker who has been invited to speak in Japan, South Africa and the United Kingdom at various conferences and events. As a successful business owner she receives invitations to share her entrepreneurial journey and inspire start-ups and established professionals in the achievement of success.
