Career Manager for Linda Hill Recruitment 

 As our Career Manager you will be responsible for recruiting talent and generating a sales pipeline.

You will have a sound knowledge of the Beauty and Aesthetic industry in order to provide the maximum value to our clients and candidates.


  • Identify new potential clients and candidates
  • Grow and manage the pipeline of talented candidates
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at generating business
  • Able to discern which candidates are a good fit for our clients
  • Trade Testing
  • Manage day to day business processes
  • Identify new ways to reach target audiences
  • Ability to work independently but also perform parallel tasks working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Coaching and training

 Qualities, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in sales with a track record of sales growth
  • Client focussed with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude
  • Honest, reliable and trustworthy
  • Pro active personality
  • Highly credible with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Experience working with luxury brands in the beauty or aesthetic industry
  • Highly motivated to achieve sales targets and thrive in a high achieving culture
