Are you a French speaking professional in the Beauty Industry who has previous management experience and looking for the next step in your career?
We have a full time position available as an Area Manager looking after 3 stores in London.
You will divide your time between the stores and work from home. Normal hours: Monday – Friday
Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment
- Training, motivating and mentoring staff
- Managing productivity and turnover
- Leading by example
- Implementing retail procedures to improve bottom line
- Driving revenue and growth
- Reporting to the Retail Director
Salary: £45 000 plus bonus
Requirements:
- fluent in French
- previous experience working as brand manager, area manager, salon manager or counter manager overseeing a team
