As part of a global expansion a company based in West London that creates bespoke skincare solutions is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the leadership team to set the marketing strategy for the business
- Execute the marketing strategy
- Manage and liaise with external PR and corporate communications organisations
- Hiring and managing the performance of the more junior marketing team
- Research and analyse market trends and competitors
- Overseeing marketing campaigns including social media
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting to senior management
- Negotiation and liaise with third party marketing agencies
- In charge of budget of the marketing department and ensuring budget spend is delivering on investment
- Managing the design and production of the promotional materials such as websites and brochures
- Event Management for company events such as trade shows and conferences
- Lead, develop and maintain close relationships with key leaders
Skills:
- Marketing Degree or recognised Marketing Qualification
- Experience within the aesthetic or medical field
- Experience in managing promotional budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial can-do attitude, will be highly motivated and value the importance of team work where fun is an essential ingredient of team success.
Salary: £45 000 – £50 000 per year
Monday – Friday role
