The salon has been an established hair, beauty & tanning salon for 7 years and is located on Hackney Road, just along from Shoreditch and we thrive on making our clients feel great!
The position is one for someone wanting to grow and flourish into the best beauty therapist they can be in an environment that supports you, lifts you up and celebrates the wins with you.
We’re looking for a qualified beauty therapist with experience in a range of treatments, including facials, lash lifts, brow lamination, intimate waxing and spray tans.
Your confidence, knowledge and skills will improve and develop. We also conduct “monthly catch up” sessions where we will offer support and guidance in areas you need, celebrate your wins and give you a dedicated chance to bring ideas to the table, iron out any pain points and feel heard.
We also offer flexible working hours. Not only that, but we understand that having a work/life balance is the key to a happy and healthy life. If you need to start late or finish early here and there, we got you. We also like to take a nice break over the Christmas and New Year period and are closed on most Bank Holidays!
We provide our team members with above average wages and commissions on targets. We have regular pay and target reviews to make sure you’re being rewarded appropriately for your hard work and success!
What you will send our way:
- Qualification in Beauty Therapy Level 2 & 3.
- 2+ years’ experience.
- A professional and presentable appearance.
- An attention to detail.
- A positive, can do, attitude.
- 2+ years’ experience.
- An honest, hardworking, fun-loving human!
Full training on our products and services is provided during the first week of your employment during ‘Onboarding Week’ so that when you treat your first client as a team doll, you’re ready and confident!
