Our client has a very high end salon in Islington and looking to recruit a full time Salon Manager to lead the team and drive business.

Responsibilities:
- day to day running of the salon
- assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and management of staff
- supporting staff members and motivate them to succeed
- provide mentorship, regular feedback and ensure a positive and productive environment
- assist with all client enquiries
- stock taking and ordering
- opening and closing of the salon
- managing staff rotas, holidays
- process payroll
- manage appointment diary
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 8pm
